- Charts look empty/outdated? Third-party sources can lag; try again later or refresh.
- Crash or freeze? Note your iOS version, device, and steps, then email us.

How is my data protected? We rely on OS-level secure storage (e.g., keychain/secure enclave where available). Encryption reduces risk but isn't absolute—keep devices updated and backed up.
Why can results differ across days? We aggregate public/third-party sources. Coverage and latency vary; accuracy is not guaranteed in real time.
